Discover
We begin by understanding your goals, lifestyle and brand. Through site visits, briefings and mood studies, we establish a clear vision for your space.
We assess constraints and opportunities, documenting light, scale, circulation and existing conditions to guide planning and material choices.
The outcome is a clear design briefwith budget ranges, timeline and a shared direction.

Build
With a clear brief, we translate ideas into detailed plans, drawings and selections. We coordinate layouts, joinery, materials and lighting to ensure a cohesive outcome.
Communication stays open throughout—refining details, managing lead times and aligning with consultants and builders.
We present key milestones with samples and 3D visuals so you can see how the space will feel long before install.
The design package was thoughtful and thorough. Ibex managed suppliers and the build team seamlessly—we always knew what was next.
Deliver
We oversee procurement and work closely with contractors to deliver as designed—tracking progress, quality and finishes on site.
Install is sequenced to minimize disruption. We manage final styling and handover so you step into a space ready to use.
After completion, we provide care guides and remain available for ongoing support or future stages.

- Site coordination. Regular site attendance and contractor coordination to maintain quality.
